How To Reverse Cash Out After Requesting?
Cash Out requests may be cancelled and returned to your
Casino Bankroll during the 5 days (2 days for Gold VIP Members) following
your Cash Out request. After this time your Cash Out will be processed
and may no longer be reversed.
To reverse a requested Cash Out, login to Casino-on-Net-Online using
your Money Play Username and Password. Once in the Casino Lobby go to
the Cashier and select "Cash Out". You will see a list of your Cash
Out requests in the "Awaiting Process" box, complete with the Cash Out's
status indication. Select any unprocessed Cash Out request by clicking
on it. Then click on "Reverse Cash Out". The Cash Out request will be
cancelled and the status will be changed to "Cancelled by User". The
Cash Out funds will be immediately returned to your Casino Bankroll.
Your Cash Out history can be viewed within the "History Log" application,
accessible from the Casino Lobby. Here you will find a complete list
of all your Cash Out requests, both those that have been processed,
as well as those that you have cancelled.
Please Note: Cash Outs requested and subsequently cancelled during an
event will not qualify for that event as a Deposit. Deposits must be
wagered during the event in order to qualify for that event.
Your Cash Out "Cash Out History" stores a complete list of all your
Cash Out requests, those that have been processed, as well as those
that you have cancelled.
